It Is Going Like This

My sister Sue and her husband Randy are being so very, very nice to me. They are giving me a place to stay in Selah way out on the Wenas Road. It is very pretty out here even when the days are not so pretty out. It has also been butt-ass-monkey-popsicle-cold here. With highs not even reaching zero degrees Celcius or 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

My lifelong friend Victor celebrated his 40th birthday on January 16th and they had a nice little get together the weekend before. I had a really great time and there was much laughter and good times and even a few drinky-poos. I was really very happy and proud to be there to celebrate his birthday with him.

Victor with his wife Bibi on the night of his celebration. I hope to be so fortunate on my upcoming 40th.

Elise invited me to come with her to go skiing this past weekend and we had so much fun. We get along really very well. It's a good thing that I like younger women and she likes older men. Woo hoo!

Me and Elise taking a break from the slopes. She's the cute one on the right.

The last thing to tell you is that I GOT DAZEY BACK!

I cannot thank my very good friends Kathy, and Jerry, and Karlie, for taking care of Dazey while I have been unable to. Dazey looks great and is good spirits despite my taking her away from such a loving home. But I missed her so much I cannot say. She still knows all her tricks and is just as much fun to be with as I remember.

Glad to hear about the progress Thom. Pullman has been really cold too, highs below 20F! I just returned from Palm Springs, CA and it was 60F. I played golf in a T-shirt! Remember those? Keep up the positivity and good luck with the board-op gig.
