My Wrist Aches
Periodically my wrist, elbow, shoulder, will ache. Mostly due to using a computer mouse for most of my work day. You'd think that working on the radio would not involve so much damn mousing, but it does. So I was lucky to run across this awesome video about stretching the tendons etc. from your wrist through your shoulder. After the fist stretch I was hooked. I've been using these stretches each day for the last few (I think I found this video on March 31) and I can say that I my aches are much improved. Check it.
