I got the response from the buyer around 8 last night, and they basically want me to give them another four-grand to fix up this house. Mostly for the cost of fixing the electrical issues that exist. So I've asked to see the inspection report so I know that what the buyer is telling me are actual issues that were found by the home inspector. I think that only makes sense.

The home inspector's company name is called H.I.S. (Home Inspection Services). But every time I read H.I.S. I can't help but think of The Village People and the guy with the hard hat running around my house pointing at things and saying, "His says that's not macho. And his says that's not macho."
